Job Summary We are looking for a product-minded full-stack engineer who can fix bugs, improve our internal systems, build AI-powered automation, and proactively find ways to make our customer and operations experience faster, smoother, and more scalable.
We want someone hungry to learn, excited by AI-assisted building, and motivated by real business impact. You should enjoy talking to the team, understanding workflows, finding bottlenecks, and building practical solutions. You should be the kind of person who asks: “Why is this manual?” and then figures out how to make it better.
Key Responsibilities Own the bug queue across our existing tech stack Debug and fix issues in our API, Admin Portal, Redeem Portal, booking platform, and Wix website Work with our external development agency when needed, while gradually taking more ownership in-house Improve automations in n8n Build new automations using APIs, AI tools, no-code tools, and custom code Improve Wix website features, custom-coded elements, ecommerce UX, tracking, and customer-facing flows Improve the AI-assisted workflows and agents we use internally Meet regularly with the ops team to understand pain points and spot automation opportunities Suggest and build internal tools that save time, reduce manual work, and improve customer experience Help us move faster without adding unnecessary complexity or expensive Saa S tools Own new projects from problem discovery to launch
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field2–4 years of experience in product engineering, backend development, or automation Strong full-stack development ability, especially with Type Script, React, Node.js, and APIsPractical automation experience, ideally with n8n or similar tools Comfortable using AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Chat GPTAbility to build with AI tools while still reviewing, testing, and owning the final result Good judgment around clean, secure, and maintainable code Strong product mindset and interest in business problems Good e-commerce UX sense Ability to communicate clearly with a small non-technical team Comfortable working remotely and independently Practical approach to tools, budget, and implementation
