Role Overview We are hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale banking technology implementations across two key verticals:Core Banking (Temenos) Card Management Systems (CMS)
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery across Temenos core banking and/or card & payments platforms Manage project scope, timelines, budget, resources, and deliverables Drive system implementation, integration, migration, and rollout activities Coordinate with business, IT, vendors, and third-party providers Own stakeholder engagement, including senior bank leadership and external partners Ensure effective risk, issue, and dependency management Oversee solution delivery across APIs, middleware, and legacy integrations Support testing, UAT, and production deployment cycles Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security, and audit requirements Drive execution within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments
Vertical 1: Core Banking (Temenos) Strong experience in:Temenos Transact (T24), Infinity, or related modules Core banking implementation, upgrades, or transformation programs Product configuration, interfaces, and data migration Integration with surrounding banking systems (payments, channels, reporting)
Vertical 2: Cards & Payments / CMSStrong experience in:Card Management Systems (CMS) End-to-end cards lifecycle (issuing, acquiring, authorization, clearing, settlement) Payments platforms (switching, wallets, digital payments, real-time payments) Integration with networks (Visa, Mastercard) and payment gateways Knowledge of ISO 8583 / ISO 20022 is a strong advantage
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field5–10+ years of experience in project management within banking or fintech Proven track record delivering complex system implementations Hands-on experience in at least one vertical (Temenos OR Cards/Payments) — exposure to both is highly preferred Strong technical understanding of banking architecture and integrations Experience managing cross-functional and vendor-driven projects
Tools & Methodologies Proficiency with JIRA, MS Project, Azure Dev Ops, ALM, or similar tools Strong command of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models Experience with project tracking, reporting, and governance
