Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:
The Senior Workforce Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles, ensuring timely hiring to meet business needs. This role involves sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating with external vendors, while maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for blue-collar positions
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including vendors, job boards, referrals, and walk-ins.
  • Screen and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with recruitment vendors to ensure consistent candidate flow.
  • Track and report hiring progress, pipeline status, and challenges.
  • Ensure timely closure of vacancies in line with business requirements.
  • Maintain a strong candidate database for ongoing and future hiring needs.
  • Support onboarding activities when needed (documentation, joining coordination, etc.).
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

  • 2 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in blue-collar or mass hiring.
  • Experience in managing recruitment vendors is a strong advantage.
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Desired Candidate Profile

2 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in blue-collar or mass hiring.
