Role Description
* For the academic year 2026-2027* This is a full-time role for an Elementary Homeroom Teacher at Misr American College located in Cairo, Egypt. As an Elementary Homeroom Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching and implementing the American curriculum in core subjects (English Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies) for elementary students. Your day-to-day tasks will include planning and delivering lessons, assessing student progress, maintaining communication with parents and colleagues, and creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field2+years of experience in teaching Elementary stages Effective communication and collaboration abilities Strong classroom management and organization skills Knowledge of best practices in teaching and student assessment Adaptability and flexibility Teaching certification or licensure is preferred.
