  • Manage local and international sourcing and purchasing of chemical raw materials.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
  • Negotiate prices, payment terms, shipping terms, and contracts with local and foreign suppliers.
  • Coordinate all import/export documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping documents.
  • Follow up shipments from order placement until final delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with import regulations, customs requirements, and safety standards related to chemical materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and supply chain departments.
  • Handle customs clearance procedures and resolve any shipment or logistics issues.
  • Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Prepare periodic reports related to purchasing, imports, shipment status, and supplier performance.
  • Coordinate with finance department regarding payments, L/Cs, bank transfers, and related documentation.
  • Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
