Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior HR Recruiter located in Heliopolis. We are specifically looking for a recruiter with strong experience in Blue Collar Recruitment — especially drivers hiring. The recruiter will manage the full hiring cycle, including:• Posting and managing recruitment ads• Sourcing and screening candidates• Conducting phone interviews and follow-ups• Coordinating document collection and onboarding• Managing contracts signing process• Following up with candidates until activation???? Main Target:Minimum 15 hired drivers per month The ideal candidate must be target-driven, fast-moving, and experienced in handling high-volume recruitment. Qualifications• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience• Previous experience in Blue Collar Recruitment is a MUST• Previous experience hiring drivers is highly preferred• Strong sourcing, screening, and follow-up skills• Ability to achieve monthly hiring targets• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment• Experience using recruitment platforms and hiring tools• Bachelor’s degree is preferred????
