Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from hotel guests and hotel staff members professionally and efficiently Address customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues in a timely manner Create and manage support tickets using internal systems according to company procedures Resolve tickets or properly escalate them when necessary Handle email communication with clients when required Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive company image Follow all company policies, procedures, and attendance requirements Meet or exceed assigned KPIs and KVIsCollaborate effectively with team members and other departments Stay updated with company policies, systems, and changing technologies Attend training sessions and development programs organized by the company Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements Fluent in Turkish (spoken and written) Good command of the English language Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work night shifts aligned with American time zones Comfortable handling calls and working in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities Basic computer and ticketing system skills No hearing issues that may affect call handling performance Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, call center, or hospitality support is a plus Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism at all times
