  • Develop sourcing strategies for key raw materials.
  • Identify and qualify new suppliers locally and internationally.
  • Analyze global commodity trends impacting ceramic and glaze inputs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with critical suppliers.
  • Evaluate supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery, consistency).
  • Lead price negotiations and long-term agreements.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
  • Work closely with R&D and production teams to ensure material specs match
    formulation requirements.
  • Align procurement with production planning and inventory policies.
  • Follow up daily with foreign suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers on
    shipment status.
  • Ensure full compliance with customs clearance procedures, documentation, and
    regulations.
  • Coordinate closely with logistics and clearance teams to avoid delays, demurrage, and
    penalties.
  • Prepare procurement reports for senior management.
  • Identify supply risks (geopolitical, logistics, supplier dependency).
