connectalents, the leading Recruitment & HRO company in MENA, is currently hiring “HR Supervisor” in Nasrcity for a chain of ladies-only fitness centers in Egypt, It focuses on providing a secure, comfortable, and luxurious environment for ladies to achieve their fitness goals through specialized training, high-end equipment, and wellness services.
Job Role HR Strategy & Business Alignment: Develop and implement HR strategies that support business expansion and operational needs. Talent Acquisition Ownership: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely hiring of high-quality candidates across all functions. Employee Relations & Engagement: Handle employee concerns, manage grievances, and drive engagement initiatives to maintain a positive work environment. Performance Management: Oversee performance cycles, ensuring clear KPIs, fair evaluations, and actionable development plans. Compensation & Benefits: Design, review, and maintain competitive compensation structures aligned with market benchmarks. Learning & Development: Identify training needs and implement programs to enhance employee capabilities and leadership pipelines. HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with labor laws and internal policies, while maintaining accurate HR records and documentation. Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular HR reports and insights to support strategic decision-making. Team Leadership: Lead and develop the HR team, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What Makes You a Great Fit We are looking for a well-rounded HR leader who can balance strategy with execution. Experience:5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Scope Handling:Experience managing HR for organizations with 150–250+ employees is essential. HR Expertise:Strong hands-on experience across Personnel, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations. Industry Background:Experience in the fitness industry is highly preferred. Leadership & Communication:Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Technical Skills:Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis. Education:HR Diploma is a strong plus. Language:Good command of English is required.
