Managing and supervising the installation sites of polyurethane cornices (cornices, frames, borders, columns) from the inspection stage until final delivery to the client, ensuring adherence to quality, schedule, and budget.

• Site Inspection and Measurement: Visiting the sites to take precise measurements and preparing shop drawings to determine installation locations.

• • Preparing Cost Estimates and Quantity Surveying: Calculating the quantities of materials (cornices, corners, adhesive) required for the project, pricing them, and preparing payment certificates.

• • Planning and Scheduling: Creating a detailed schedule for supplying and installing the cornices and monitoring daily progress.
