About the Role We are hiring a Human Resources Manager for a fast-growing fitness organization with multiple ladies only branches across Cairo. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales leader with experience managing teams and achieving ambitious sales targets
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives Manage the full recruitment and selection cycle Handle employee relations, grievances, and engagement initiatives Oversee performance management system Design and maintain compensation and benefits structures Identify training needs and manage development programs Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies Provide HR metrics and reports to support decision-making Lead and manage the HR team
Requirements5 years of HR experienceat least 3 years in a supervisory role Experience managing organizations with 150–250+ employees Preferably from the fitness field. Strong experience across Personnel, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills Good command of English Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills HR Diploma is a plus
