This is a full-time, on-site role focused on delivering exceptional customer service through prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via chat. The responsibilities include resolving customer issues, ensuring a positive experience, maintaining service quality standards, and collaborating with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service practices
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience management
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication abilities
  • Empathy and problem-solving skills to handle customer concerns effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English, with additional language proficiency being a plus
  • Prior experience in customer service roles preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service is a bonus
