Key Responsibilities:
Cinematic Editing: Edit footage into immersive short videos, focusing on reels, campaigns, and visual stories.
Visual Narrative: Develop stories that highlight texture, softness, comfort, and atmosphere.
Direction & Flow: Direct the pacing and composition of videos rather than just assembling clips.
Technical Enhancement: Improve footage through color correction, timing, transitions, sound, and subtle motion.
Collaboration: Work with the creative and art direction team to align outputs with the brand vision and suggest creative shot sequences.
Consistency: Maintain a consistent visual language across all delivered content.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven Track Record: Experience in video editing with a portfolio featuring cinematic or lifestyle-focused short-form content and reels.
- Creative Mindset: An excellent sense of rhythm and composition, with the ability to "think like a director".
- Technical Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere
- AI Integration: Comfortable working with and using AI-generated images and video tools.
- Brand Sensitivity: High attention to detail and sensitivity to aesthetics, specifically within fashion, interiors, or lifestyle branding.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a creative team
