Summary

We are looking to hire a Customer Support Specialist to join our mission of educating the world. The successful candidate will provide essential support to customers throughout their online learning journey by offering guidance, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and effective experience.

 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking support and guidance
  • Assist customers throughout their online learning experience
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly to maintain a positive environment
  • Respond to inquiries via calls, emails, and chat within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by identifying issues and providing effective solutions
  • Follow established procedures and standards with minimal supervision
  • Identify customer needs and help them utilize platform features effectively
  • Monitor customer feedback and complaints on social media and provide support when needed

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in chat and email support (preferably in EdTech)
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
