Job Summary The Recruitment Intern will support the talent acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various roles. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in recruitment while building foundational HR skills in a professional, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers Support mass hiring activities and recruitment campaigns Post job vacancies on various platforms and monitor applications Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process Assist in onboarding documentation and follow-ups Provide administrative support to the HR and recruitment team
Minimum Requirements3rd or 4th year student, or a fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field6 months at least of experience in recruitment or HR (mass hiring experience is a strong plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn and grow High level of motivation and initiative Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR fundamentals Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with job portals and Linked In is a plus Good command of English (written and spoken) Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
