About the Job
For 13 years, Capital Placement has connected students and graduates with international career experiences, opening doors that were once reserved for the few. We work with 4,000+ employers globally and run a growing portfolio of programs across the GCC, including client-led programs in Saudi Arabia and the UAE alongside our international internships.
The Role
You will be the first point of contact for candidates joining our programs, whether it is an internship abroad or a client-delivered program in the region. The role goes beyond chat support; you will be actively involved in running and supporting these programs end to end, working with candidates globally and partnering closely with clients.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates via phone, email, and chat throughout their program journey
- Run consultations to understand candidates’ goals and recommend suitable programs
- Support day-to-day delivery of client programs across the region
- Manage a high volume of candidates across multiple programs and stages
- Conduct interviews one-on-one or via Rena (AI interviewer)
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth program execution from enrolment to completion
- Maintain accurate records across systems, trackers, and databases
- Analyse candidate and program data, provide insights, and share recommendations
- Use AI tools to improve candidate experience and internal workflows
- Take ownership of issues and resolve them with strong problem-solving skills
Requirements
- Full-time availability (not compatible with studies, another job, or freelance work)
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Comfortable working with international candidates and managing client relationships
- Strong communication and customer-first mindset
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Able to handle multiple programs and priorities simultaneously
- Calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
- Interest in AI and automation tools
- Experience in recruitment, sales, customer success, or program coordination is a plus
- Experience studying or living abroad is a bonus

Working Hours
- UK or US hours Monday–Thursday
- Friday local time (9:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
- Or Sunday–Thursday for client project schedules

- 20-minute aptitude test (numerical, verbal, logical reasoning)
- 45–60 minute interview (experience & role fit)
- 45–60 minute cultural fit interview
- Final interview with founders (vision & strategic fit)
