Key Responsibilities:
Compliance & Regulatory Oversight Research, interpret, and implement UK healthcare regulations, with a strong focus on CQC standards Ensure company policies and procedures remain up to date with regulatory changes Act as the internal subject matter expert on compliance requirements Support preparation for inspections and audits, including CQC reviews Quality Assurance Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems Monitor service delivery against established quality standards Identify areas for improvement and drive continuous quality enhancement initiatives Risk Management Lead the development and maintenance of risk assessment frameworks Conduct regular risk assessments across operations and implement mitigation strategies Maintain and update risk registers, ensuring visibility and accountability Document Control Establish and manage a robust document control system. Ensure all policies, procedures, and records are accurately maintained, version-controlled, and accessible. Controlling data privacy across the organization. Support audit readiness through proper documentation and record-keeping Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with UK-based leadership and operational teams Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance, quality, and risk-related matters Reporting & Governance Prepare regular compliance and risk reports for senior management Track key performance indicators related to quality and compliance Escalate critical risks or compliance issues in a timely manner
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, healthcare management or a related field Proven experience in compliance, risk management, or quality assurance (preferably in healthcare) Preferred to have strong understanding of UK healthcare regulations, particularly CQC standards (or ability to quickly acquire this knowledge) Experience in document control and audit preparation Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across different regions High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Familiarity with ISO standards or similar quality frameworks Certification in compliance, risk management, or quality assurance
