The team specializes in deploying and managing container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes and Redhat Open Shift, and expertly configures databases such as Mongo DB, event streaming platforms like Kafka to ensure seamless, scalable, and secure operations. Responsibilities

Design and implement robust infrastructure solutions using container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes and Redhat Open Shift Configure and manage middleware technologies and databases such as Kafka, Mongo DB, MS SQL, Redis ensuring data consistency, security, and accessibility Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes Collaborate with development teams to understand their infrastructure needs and provide expert guidance Design and implement observability and monitoring solutions Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability and efficiency Stay abreast of new technologies and continuously improve our infrastructure architecture based on evolving project and client needs Guide and mentor junior engineers


Requirements

B. S. or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, system administration, or a related field Strong expertise in Kubernetes and Open Shift, with proven experience in deploying and managing scalable applications Solid understanding of CI/CD methodologies and tools, and experience with Dev Ops automation tools (Jenkins , azure-Dev Ops , Gitlab-ci , Tekton) Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment Experience in Redhat Enterprise Linux operating system and Windows server Understanding Dev Ops practices and processes Demonstrated ability in security design and implementation practices, specifically in securing platforms and data in on-prem and cloud environment, including the implementation of security protocols and compliance measures
