Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager with fluent English (written and spoken) to lead our digital presence within the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of consumer behavior, trends, and fast-paced content creation to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing objectives
- Create, write, and publish engaging, high-quality content in fluent English across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Manage day-to-day social media activities including posting, monitoring, and responding to audience interactions
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing actionable insights
- Stay updated on FMCG trends, competitor activities, and digital innovations
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Plan and execute campaigns, product launches, and promotions across social platforms
- Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships when required
- Oversee paid social media campaigns and optimize performance
