Overview: As an FF&E Engineer, you will be at the heart of our design and construction efforts, focusing on the crucial elements that make spaces truly exceptional: Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment. You will bridge the gap between creative vision and technical execution, ensuring every detail aligns with our high standards of quality and aesthetics.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with design teams to understand project requirements and translate conceptual designs into technical specifications for FF&E.
• Develop detailed drawings, schedules, and material specifications for furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Conduct research and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
• Manage the procurement process for FF&E, including preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, and negotiating contracts.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of FF&E elements, ensuring adherence to design intent and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges and design discrepancies related to FF&E throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all FF&E specifications, procurement records, and installation details.

Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your expertise in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Development, and Design, alongside industry-standard tools like AutoCAD and Revit, to create precise and impactful FF&E solutions.
