  • Manage and administer all project contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Review, analyze, and negotiate contracts with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Lead the commercial evaluation of tenders, including cost estimation, pricing, and risk assessment.
  • Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and ensure accurate project costing.
  • Monitor project budgets and track actual costs against planned budgets.
  • Identify cost variances and implement corrective actions to maintain project profitability.
  • Oversee the preparation, submission, and negotiation of client invoices and interim payment applications.
  • Manage subcontractor payments, including verification of work completed and certification of invoices.
  • Evaluate, price, and negotiate variation orders and change requests with clients.
  • Ensure proper documentation and approval of all project changes and claims.
  • Identify potential commercial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineering teams, procurement, and finance departments.
  • Provide regular commercial reports, including cash flow, cost analysis, and profitability forecasts.
  • Support dispute resolution processes and manage commercial claims when necessary.
