Responsibilities:

-Oversee the English department and ensure high-quality teaching standards.

-Mentor and support English teachers, providing guidance and professional development.

-Develop and implement the English curriculum to align with educational goals.

-Monitor student progress and address academic concerns.

-Organize and lead English-related events and workshops.

-Accurate in revising sheets and booklets.

Job Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in English.

-Proven experience in teaching English and supervising a team.

-Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

-A passion for fostering a positive learning environment.

-Great presentation and communication skills

-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

-Acquainted with smart board and e-learning systems

-At least 5 years of experience as a supervisor
