Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site property consultant role based in Cairo, Egypt. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting real estate properties. Daily tasks include consulting with clients to understand their needs, conducting market research, providing property tours, and offering expert advice to support customer decision-making. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong client relationships and collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
Strong Consulting and Real Estate knowledge to provide accurate market insights and property evaluations Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions Sales expertise, including negotiation skills and a results-driven approach to achieve and exceed targets Ability to work effectively on-site and in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Proficiency in using technology and real estate platforms to enhance efficiency Previous experience in the real estate industry is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
