Role Description – Real Estate Broker
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Real Estate Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property sales and rental processes, building strong client relationships, and providing expert real estate advice.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a good understanding of the real estate market
Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact potential clients
- Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable properties
- Present and explain property details (sales & rentals)
- Arrange and attend property viewings
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful deals
- Negotiate with clients to close agreements
- Maintain and update client database
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
