The FM Manager – Landscape is responsible for managing all landscaping operations across residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality outdoor environments, sustainability, and excellent aesthetic standards in line with the company’s brand.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all landscape maintenance and operations across compounds and projects.* Manage softscape and hardscape activities including irrigation systems, planting, turf, and outdoor features.* Supervise landscape contractors and service providers to ensure quality and SLA compliance.* Develop and implement landscape maintenance plans and schedules.* Monitor plant health, irrigation efficiency, and overall landscape conditions.* Ensure compliance with environmental standards and sustainability practices.* Coordinate with Facilities, Operations, and Community Management teams.* Manage budgets related to landscaping and optimize costs.* Handle resident feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction.* Prepare periodic reports on landscape performance and improvements.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Landscape Engineering, Horticulture, or related field.* 7–12 years of experience in landscape or facilities management, preferably in real estate or large compounds.* Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, plant care, and landscape maintenance.* Experience managing contractors and large outdoor areas.
