Role Description This is a full-time, on-site job for a Tele-Sales Representative in 6th of October. The role includes calling customers (inbound and outbound), explaining products or services, answering questions, and helping customers. You will also work on achieving sales targets, updating customer information, and working with the team to provide good customer service.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and handle inquiries professionally Experience in Customer Support and Sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Ability to talk to customers and answer their questions Excellent time management, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail Previous experience in Tele-Sales is a plus but not mandatory
