Job Details

  • Develop and execute annual brand plans and seasonal campaigns (e.g., Back-to-School, exam periods) to drive growth and brand equity.
  • Lead integrated marketing activities across digital channels, retail (bookstores), and on-ground activations.
  • Partner closely with the sales team to drive sell-out, optimize distribution, and enhance in-store visibility.
  • Own end-to-end project management of marketing initiatives from planning to execution, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Conduct market research and gather insights from teachers, students, and bookstore partners to inform strategy and innovation.
  • Manage external agencies (creative, media, production) to ensure high-quality and consistent campaign delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (sales, market share, campaign ROI) and continuously optimize activities
