Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Recruitment Specialist will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires. Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance with recruitment best practices, providing support in training initiatives, and collaborating with department heads to align hiring with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting, with experience managing the full recruitment cycle Strong Interviewing skills for evaluating candidates effectively and objectively Excellent Communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal abilities Experience in Training, with the ability to design and facilitate onboarding or development programs Understanding of employment laws and best practices in recruitment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR software is a plus
