Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Beauty Advisor located in Heliopolis. The Beauty Advisor will be responsible for providing expert consultations on skincare and beauty products, delivering exceptional customer service, conducting skin analysis, and recommending tailored treatments. Additional duties include maintaining knowledge of new products, supporting retail sales, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for clients.
Qualifications
Expertise in Cosmetology and Skin Care techniques, with a focus on safe and effective treatments Strong Product Knowledge to provide accurate recommendations and advice to clients Excellent Customer Service skills to enhance the client experience Experience in Retail Sales, including upselling and promoting beauty products Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships Certification in cosmetology or a related field is an advantage Previous experience in a beauty or wellness setting preferred Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals
