  • Handle end to end recruitment processes as per approved manpower plan.
  • Design & develop job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and headhunting.
  • Screen CVs and conduct HR interviews.
  • Coordinate technical and managerial interviews.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and databases.
  • Follow up on onboarding and probation periods.
  • Provide weekly recruitment status reports to TA Supervisor.
  • Assist in performance appraisal cycle administration.
  • Support training needs analysis data collection.
  • Help organize training programs and engagement activities.
  • Support in OD activities.
  • Support competency mapping and career development initiatives.
  • Collect employee feedback and engagement metrics.
