Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Specialist Talent Acquisition based in Heliopolis. The Specialist Talent Acquisition will oversee the entire recruitment cycle, develop strong employer branding strategies, and ensure timely and effective hiring to meet staffing needs. Responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, and recommending candidates, managing candidate pipelines, and fostering relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to support organizational growth and workforce planning.
Qualifications Experience in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes Proficiency in Employer Branding and implementing strategies that enhance talent acquisition Strong skills in Conducting Interviews and Assessing Candidates Knowledge and hands-on experience in Recruiting practices and talent sourcing Effective communication and organizational skills Team-player mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
