Job Title: Sales & Front Desk Coordinator???? Location: Maadi, Cairo | Type: Full-time
About Ziada DC: Ziada DC provides expert solutions for Dubai business setup and European residency (Spain). We are looking for a professional "First Point of Contact" to manage our digital leads and office presence.
Key Responsibilities:Digital Lead Management: Respond promptly to Whats App and social media inquiries from ad campaigns. Inbound Handling: Answer prospect calls, provide initial info, and capture key lead data. Lead Qualification: Filter and identify high-potential prospects from lead forms. Sales Support: Transition qualified leads to the Sales Team with full context. Front Desk & Reception: Greet visitors and maintain a welcoming office environment. Data Organization: Daily updates of lead records to ensure no opportunities are missed.
Requirements:Communication: Native Arabic fluency and Good to Very Good English (written and spoken). Social Intelligence: Friendly, professional, and able to handle diverse personalities. Efficiency: High speed in responding to digital inquiries ("Lead Warmth"). Professional Presence: Polished appearance for front-desk duties. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Whats App Business, CRM tools, and MS Office. Experience: Sales-oriented mindset; background in Customer Service or Tele-Sales is preferred.
