Hiring | ISO Certification Sales Manager

We are hiring an experienced ISO Certification Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in the field of ISO certifications and compliance services.
At Next Generation, we are looking for a results-driven professional with direct experience in selling ISO certification services, capable of managing the full sales cycle and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies for ISO services (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, etc.)
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
Prepare technical and financial proposals and close deals
Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
Coordinate with consulting and audit teams to ensure service quality
Monitor market trends and competitors
Report performance and forecasts to management

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in ISO certification / compliance services sales
Proven track record in B2B sales and deal closing
Strong knowledge of ISO standards and certification process
Leadership and team management experience
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Fluent in Arabic and English
Strong network in Egypt or Gulf market is a plus
Valid driving license is preferred
