Job description Responsibilities Developing and designing curriculum materials, courses, and instructional resources based on the educational objectives and requirements of the company. Collaborating with subject matter experts, educators, and instructional designers to create engaging and effective learning experiences. Conducting research on the latest teaching methodologies, trends, and best practices in curriculum development. Analysing and aligning curriculum materials with educational standards and guidelines. Writing and editing instructional content, including Power Point presentations, lecture plans, textbooks, resource and activity materials, and reference lists. Incorporating technology and multimedia tools to enhance curriculum delivery. Conducting pilot tests and gathering feedback to improve curriculum effectiveness. Reviewing curriculum materials using the review checklist and providing comments for other curriculum developers to update and improve the materials. Reviewing and evaluating existing curriculum materials for updates and improvements. Developing and designing educational initiative proposals and curricula to align with the educational objectives and requirements of the company. Suggesting potential instructor profiles for each curriculum to ensure the selection of qualified individuals to deliver the educational content. Providing training and support to instructors on curriculum implementation. Ensuring compliance with copyright laws and intellectual property rights in curriculum development. Ensuring compliance with academic partners’ and accreditation bodies’ standards and guidelines. Completing and adjusting any accreditation requirements related to the curriculum as requested. Ensuring that the curriculum meets the accreditation requirements set forth by the accreditation body. Collaborating with different departments of the business school as required to obtain the necessary input and support for curriculum development.integration of digital tools and multimedia in content delivery. The ability to work in a teamwork frame, particularly with other team members subject matter experts and instructors, to develop well-rounded curricula. Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or related field. Proven track record of developing instructional content. Knowledge of curriculum development methodologies and instructional design. Proficiency in multimedia tools, such as Power Point, video, and digital learning materials. Familiarity with accreditation and compliance requirements. Strong research skills for identifying current trends and best practices in education. Collaboration skills to work closely with team members, subject matter experts and instructors. Ability to incorporate feedback and improve curriculum materials. Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly. Creativity in designing engaging and interactive learning experiences (plus). Fresh Graduates can apply.
