We are hiring a disciplined and execution-focused E-commerce Operations & Marketing Assistant to support the daily operations and growth of a fast-growing modest fashion e-commerce brand.
This is a full-time remote position requiring strong organisation, consistency, and attention to detail.
Your role is to execute, maintain, and progressively improve key areas of the business, including product listings, website management, SEO, email marketing, and operational support.
You will work under structured processes and will be expected to become increasingly autonomous over time.
Key Responsibilities- Create and upload product listings on WooCommerce
- Optimise product titles and descriptions (SEO-focused)
- Maintain a clean and consistent website structure
- Improve product pages (clarity, organisation, conversion)
- Manage and send email marketing campaigns
- Set up and maintain basic email flows (welcome, abandoned cart, etc.)
- Organise product images and coordinate content uploads
- Perform basic photo editing (cropping, resizing, simple adjustments)
- Support blog content upload and formatting
- Assist in product launches and collection organisation
- Maintain task tracking systems (Google Sheets / Notion)
- Follow structured workflows and daily task planning
Additional tasks may be assigned when needed, within a workload consistent with the role and working hours.
Work Structure- Full-time: 8 hours per day
- Fixed working hours
- Daily reporting required (tasks completed + issues)
- Long-term position only
