Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and drive total area sales to achieve overall and new product targets.
  • Develop effective solutions and ideas to overcome challenges and improve performance.
  • Monitor and control pricing, ensure proper product distribution across all clients and regions, and maintain 
  • Price consistency in the market.
  • Manage dealer stock levels and ensure optimal inventory control.
  • Conduct financial reconciliations between the company and dealers.
  • Train clients on tax procedures and related knowledge while maintaining strong, cooperative relationships.
  • Implement company policies and guidelines, organize promotional activities, and strengthen producd presence in the market.
  • Ensure high standards of product display and enhance product knowledge among retail staff.
  • Manage promoters and sales representatives, follow up on daily tasks, and organize training sessions.
  • Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Support customer communication to resolve after-sales issues.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
