Treasury Manager Experience in NGO industry from 7 to 11 Years To manager liquidity, banking relationships, investments strategy, and financial risk management. Duties & Responsabilities A. Cash and liquidity management Maximizing returns on cash while ensuring adequate liquidity to meet operational needs. Monitor cash balances in all bank accounts and ensure alignment with donor restrictions Monitor and direct cash flow forecast to maximize returns. B. Banks Relationship management Maintain relationships with banks and financial partners. Negotiate banking fees, FX rates, and service terms that suits our operations Ensure banks monitor compliance requirements related to restricted funds C. Internal control and compliance Implement strong internal controls for treasury operations (segregation of duties, approvals, documentation). Fulfill audit requirements from the bank. D. Grant & Donor Fund Management Track inflows of grant funds and allocate them correctly between unrestricted/restricted accounts. Work closely with grant managers to align cash availability with program implementation. Ensure donor reports reflect accurate cash positions and FX impacts. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. CTP Preferred.
