Job Details

  • Greet members and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information about membership options & Services.
  • Assist members with class registrations, appointment scheduling, and billing inquiries.
  • Maintain member records and ensure all information is up-to-date in the database.
  • Collect membership fees, process payments, and issue receipts as needed.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Assist with the organization and coordination of fitness center events, promotions, and special programs.
  • Monitor the front desk area and ensure it remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
