As the Account Manager for THRIII, you will be the primary point of contact for all/part of the agency clients and will work with Creative, Sales and Marketing teams within the organization to deliver client projects.
- As the owner of all marketing activities for THRIII and its clients, you will be required to collaborate with and manage in-house and external/part-time/freelance resources to deliver the desired outcomes on those projects.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Develop or supervise the development of media plans.
- Supervise and strategize the development of new proposals/pitches to attract new clients.
- Upsell & cross-sell agency services to existing clients.
- Own and publish social media client calendars.
- Report on campaign progress and end-of-campaign results per the agreed upon KPIs by creating the necessary reports, live dashboards, sheets and presentations.
- You will report on our marketing activities performance for the full funnel to our customers on weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual basis by creating the necessary reports and live dashboards.
- Run competitive analysis for potential and existing clients.
- Manage influencer marketing campaigns by coordinating with influencers & 3rd party providers.
- Manage website development projects.
- Ensure the prompt collection of payments per the payment terms mentioned in the contracts for both retainers and projects.
