Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager - Civil, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Project Manager will oversee civil engineering projects, ensure compliance with safety regulations, manage construction timelines, track budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders. Responsibilities also include monitoring project progress, resolving any issues that arise, and ensuring the delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role to effectively manage diverse teams and maintain successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and risk management Solid understanding of Civil Engineering principles and infrastructure development Experience in Budgeting and cost control to ensure financial compliance with project goals Expertise in Construction Management practices and processes Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management is required Previous experience in managing large-scale civil engineering projects is highly desirable Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar credentials are advantageous
