Our legacy is built on a foundation of trust, integrity, and excellence. Job description Job Responsibilities:Meet with potential retailers or tenants to present the project and available spaces. Negotiate with potential retailers or tenants to secure leasing deals, and prepare and submit offers accordingly. Assist in preparing and ensuring adherence to the annual leasing budget. Update and maintain the project tracking report and tenancy schedule regularly. Coordinate with marketing and property management teams to ensure a balanced tenant mix. Support lease documentation, follow-up on approvals, and ensure proper filing and record keeping. Conduct basic market research and provide feedback on competitors and rental trends. Ensure compliance with company policies and leasing procedures. Key Requirements:Education:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field from a recognized university. Experience:
4–5 years of experience in a relevant field within reputable organizations, with at least 2 years in a leasing position (Retail, Residential, Commercial, or Office Leasing). Skills & Competencies:
Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent presentation and client-handling abilities. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point). Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure. Strong understanding of the real estate leasing process and market dynamics.
