Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage all on-site activities and installations. 
  • Review Mechanical drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility. 
  • Ensure all work complies with project requirements, local codes, and safety regulations. 
  • Coordinate with project manager, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow. 
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on status, risks, and delays.  
  • Conduct inspections and testing of Mechanical systems and equipment. 
  • Manage subcontractors and site workforce to ensure productivity and quality. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site. 
  • Ensure proper documentation, including as-built drawings and material records. 
  • Support commissioning and handover processes. 
  • Attend project meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
