Job Summary We are looking for a high-impact Strategic Partnerships & PR Specialist to expand our business group’s footprint through powerful local and international alliances. This role is designed for a "bridge-builder" who can identify synergy between our brands and external organizations. You will be responsible for building brand equity through high-level collaborations, managing media relations, and securing strategic purchasing partnerships that provide a competitive edge. This is a business development-heavy role focused on long-term brand value rather than just short-term sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. International & Local Alliances
International Partnerships: Identify and initiate collaborations with global medical organizations, educational institutions, or international healthcare bodies to bring global standards/prestige to our group.
Local Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain a robust network with local government entities, NGOs, community leaders, and corporate neighbors to embed the brand within the local ecosystem.
2. Brand Building & Collaborations
Design and execute Business Development strategies that prioritize brand-to-brand collaborations (e.g., co-branded events, cross-promotional campaigns with luxury brands or malls).
Coordinate multi-departmental efforts to ensure that all collaborations align with the group’s overarching identity.
3. Media & Public Relations
Act as the primary point of contact for the press and media; drafting press releases, organizing press conferences, and securing earned media coverage.
Cultivate a list of key journalists, influencers, and industry thought leaders to ensure the group remains a "top-of-mind" authority in healthcare and business.
4. Strategic Purchasing Partnerships
Develop purchasing-based partnerships with key providers/vendors that go beyond simple transactions (e.g., securing exclusive equipment rights, preferential service levels, or co-marketing funds from suppliers).
Negotiate "win-win" agreements that lower operational costs while increasing brand prestige.
