Job Details

  • Respond to customer inquiries received by the company, whether through in-person visits or phone calls.
  • Receive customer complaints, direct them to the relevant department, and follow up on their resolution.
  • Explain the system related to both water and electricity meters, including recharge methods, application procedures, and all information related to the meter.
  • Notify the relevant departments of customer requests and communicate with customers after receiving responses from those departments.
  • Prepare various reports, whether daily, monthly, or quarterly, according to work requirements and the results reached through those reports.
  • Prepare percentage analyses related to issues, classify them, and inform the relevant departments of the results in order to find early solutions to those issues.
  • Receive customer requests, obtain responses from the relevant departments, and inform customers accordingly.
  • Document newly emerging issues and coordinate with the relevant departments to identify solutions.
  • Train new specialists on job duties.
