  • Ensure continuous and reliable operation of all utility systems (Chillers, Compressors, HVAC and Electrical Systems) with minimum downtime.
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
  • Perform root cause analysis for major failures and implement corrective actions.
  • Optimize chiller performance and thermal efficiency.
  • Improve compressed air system efficiency and minimize leaks and losses.
  • Oversee electrical distribution systems 
  • Monitor and analyze energy consumption (electricity, water, air).
  • Lead energy-saving and cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Prepare periodic performance and energy reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with production to ensure uninterrupted utilities supply.
  • Manage critical spare parts inventory.
  • Supervise contractors and external service providers.
  • Improve HVAC system efficiency.
  • Ensure and develop proper ventilation where required.
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans.
  • Support commissioning of any new equipment.
  • Maintain proper documentation (drawings, manuals, maintenance records).
    Lead, supervise, and manage utilities operation and utilities maintenance teams.
  • Plan and allocate manpower effectively to ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Develop team skills through training, coaching, and on job development.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and set clear objectives.
  • Build a strong ownership and accountability culture within the team.
  • Always ensure proper shift coverage and operational readiness.
  • Identify skill gaps for each team member and implement development plans.
  • Promote safety awareness and enforce safe work practices.
  • Improve team productivity and efficiency.
  • Foster teamwork, communication and collaboration across plant departments.
