Job Details

  • Develop and implement annual and quarterly business plans for assigned key accounts to achieve sales and growth targets. 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers, including owners, senior management, and branch managers. 
  • Deliver sales targets, market share growth, and distribution expansion across all assigned accounts. 
  • Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, trade terms, promotions, product listings, and in-store visibility agreements. 
  • Ensure optimal product availability, shelf presence, and execution excellence across pharmacy chains. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans. 
  • Continuously monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement corrective action plans when needed. 
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support data-driven decision-making. 
  • Manage accounts receivable, follow up on overdue payments, and ensure compliance with company credit policies. 
  • Prepare and present regular reports covering sales performance, forecasts, account status, and key business insights.
