Job Purpose:

Manage and build relationships with most critical clients by ensuring long-term partnerships, increasing revenue, and delivering tailored trading solutions across various markets.

Main job duties and responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major/key accounts, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive growth, profitability, and retention.
  • Build deep relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers on the client side.
  • Lead contract negotiations and oversee account terms to maximize commercial value.
  • Identify upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities within key accounts.
  • Monitor account performance, sales metrics, and client KPIs; prepare regular reports and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Logistics, Procurement, Finance) to ensure seamless delivery and support.
  • Handle complex client issues, resolving them effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Stay informed on market trends, client industries, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the team.
  • Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.
