Job Purpose:To plan, manage, and optimize the end-to-end supply chain operations across our Corporation and our Fun Factory, ensuring efficient procurement, importation, warehousing, distribution, and store replenishment while maintaining cost efficiency, product availability, and compliance.
Education & Training Qualifications:
Education & Training Qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field• Professional certifications (CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent) are an advantage
Technical & Professional Experience:• Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management• Strong experience in import/export, customs clearance, and supplier coordination• Experience in retail, FMCG, toys, or baby products is preferred
Main Accountabilities / Duties:
Plan and manage procurement, importation, and supplier relations Oversee inventory management, warehousing, and stock accuracy Ensure timely distribution and replenishment to Fun Factory stores and key accounts with accordance with BDMCoordinate demand forecasting with Sales and Retail teams Optimize stock levels to minimize overstock and shortages Monitor logistics costs, lead times, and operational KPIsEnsure compliance with customs, regulatory, and safety requirements Lead, develop, and evaluate the supply chain team Responsible for end-to-end supply chain process cycle Monitor GOEIC registration decrees for all brands Enhance Local Vendors Portfolio Responsible for agreement and negotiations with Key foreign and local suppliers
