Job Details

Job Objective:
To increase brand visibility and generate leads through free (organic) marketing strategies exclusively on Facebook, while maintaining basic administrative records of potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Facebook Marketing:
Post daily property listings across relevant Facebook Groups and niche communities.
Manage and optimize listings on Facebook Marketplace to ensure maximum reach.
Engage with the audience by responding promptly to comments and private messages (Inbox).
Monitor post performance and "bump" or renew ads to keep them at the top of group feeds.
Administrative Support:
Collect and organize lead information (Name, Phone Number, Requirement) into a simple Lead Sheet.
Report daily activity, including the number of posts made and inquiries received.
Coordinate with the sales team to hand over "hot" leads for closing.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Facebook’s algorithms, group rules, and how to avoid "spam" filters.
Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate professionally in Arabic (and basic English if required) to convert comments into leads.
Consistency: A self-motivated individual who can hit daily posting targets without constant supervision.
Basic Tech Skills: Proficiency in using Google Sheets or MS Excel for data entry.
Industry Knowledge: Basic interest or background in Real Estate is a plus.
