Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, promoting RED’s real estate services, and driving sales growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client needs, identifying suitable properties, conducting presentations, negotiating deals, and managing the end-to-end sales process. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to stay informed about new projects and market trends and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven track record in Sales and Sales Management Experience in conducting Training and guiding clients on available options Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Excellent negotiation and presentation skills Familiarity with the real estate market in Egypt is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
